Oh I know! It's so annoying. You have to keep raising your elbows don't you to clear the darned things. Still, good exercise and the stop/start thing will actually be good for your legs as will the slowing down and speeding back up. Not too speedy though for you though please. Keep going at a nice slow jogging pace.
Think of the bins as a workout for your waist 😀 You are ahead of me now though as I can't get out for my final week 4 run till tomorrow morning So you will have to tell me what week 5 run 1 is like
You will probably catch up and overtake me as I am going away Thursday to Monday ( yes I know it is not a race but it is nice to have a virtual companion)
All being well, I will start week 5 on Wednesday, then I may be on hold for a few days
You're right a virtual companion is good. I'm not sure I'm ready for running with a real companion yet - I need to go at my own pace 😀
I hope to start week 5 on Thursday assuming tomorrow's run goes well so I will look to see how you get in Wednesday. I then have the bonus of next week of so should be free to run pretty much when I want which will be lovely.
