I can not believe I did it!

I started to feel pain in the first 10 min and thought about giving up, but instead I decided to reduce my pace and it worked! The pain stoped and I managed it until the end :)

Well done!

You know what the first reaction will be to nearly any issue: run slower! Sounds like you did that and had a great run. Good stuff.

Good luck for week 8 - take it slow & hopefully you'll stay pain-free.

Definitely agree that going slower helps almost any problem. I actually find deliberately starting slow and then speeding up as you go along works well, sort of warms you up as you go into the run. Congrats for finishing week 7!

Absolutely, I always try to start slower too. If I'm doing a longish run then I try to make sure that Mr MIOLink heartrate wristband only flashes green and never red. On shorter quicker runs he flashes red a lot of the time.
