  • well done..

  • Thanks πŸ˜ƒ

  • Sounds like a good run!

Speed is not terribly important, but if you do want to work on increasing it, then a good way is to use one run a week for intervals, or fartlek runs - it's amazing what pushing your heart rate up for short periods will do for both speed and stamina. But take it gently - many small increments are always better than one big one.

    Keep it up!

  • Thanks will try that πŸ˜ƒ

  • Brill pace Dawn! Going to measure my 30 mins thurs and then build up to a 5k proper (miles off I'm sure!!) 😊x

  • Was really funny running without Laura......didn't feel like I had anything to achieve decided to try and up my pace and get to 5k πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ x

  • Will try being Laura less thurs. This run keeper thing on my phone says when you pass each 5 mins I think. Do you have a 5k planned Dawn? X

  • My run keeper just chips in every now and then target now is to do 5k in 30 mins....😯😯

  • well seems like it is going well still

  • Well done - the chuffedness is the best bit!

  • Thanks πŸ˜ƒ

  • That's great! I'm roughly in the same range as you. Just trying to figure out a plan now to get to 5k! Good luck with yours!
