And first evening run and the first time I have ever gone straight from my house in full view of the neighbours! Normally I scurry to the car and drive to a park 🤣🤣 on route I passed a fellow plodder complete with earphones and phone and we have each other a little smile. 😊 25 minutes later we saw each other again on opposite sides of a road and gave each other a big wave 👋

Great to hear that Bridget. Fabulous! I'm also a bit afraid to run past the neighbours in case they think that I'm a 'real' runner. I did W9R2 today so maybe I am. I'll graduate on Tuesday or Wednesday and I'm going to move onto C25K+. I'm planning on doing an 8km in August but without a structure and advice, I get injured. So I'll be knocking around here for a while. Hope you will too.
It’s funny isn’t it I thought I was all hidden getting into my car and scurrying away but one of the neighbours said to me on Friday “are you doing keep fit?” And I guffawed no getting fit hopefully 🤣🤣🤣 yay go you! you’ve only got one more run to go before graduating I’ll be watching out for you 😁😁

Hi Bridget007, Great news! Glad post grad runs have begun. I often run before 6am because it is lovely and cool, but also enjoy avoiding too many folk. So much less hassle to run from your door! Well done you!
