First post for me but just finished Week 9 Run 3 and I'm so pleased with myself. Started with some long walks as I was suffering with some tendon problems due to my inflammatory Arthritis and somehow here I am 9 weeks later running just under 5k. A lot of the posts on here helped me so thanks to everybody 😀
