This is my first post but just wanted to share how happy I am, to run 5k twice without stopping in last one week.
When I started few months ago with week#1 I never thought this was ever going to work for me.. I have never ever been able to more than 50 meters. However I simply followed the app instructions and something just clicked after week#6.. Basically I realised that I needed to slow down everytime I felt I couldn't go anymore... and that's it. I just skip jumped to week#9 to run 30 mins.
I'm now looking forward to my first Park run this Saturday... Hope I can do it.
