W5R1 - blowing up a balloon!

Hi everyone. Just completed W5R1 and wanted to say a quick thanks to everyone for their tips.

I read yesterday that someone said they sounded like a train when breathing through their runs. I tried to replicate and found myself "blowing up balloons" during this morning's jaunt! It really helped so thank you!

I also found running more upright helped my knee - are you supposed to run in an upright position? I'm only running at 7kph so I'm not that fast!

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Laura says so. You tend to slouch forward as you get tired, which can give you stitch and make your shoulders ache, so make an effort to straighten up periodically, reach your head up a bit as if gawping over a fence. Laura reminds you as you progress through the runs
