Finished this yesterday evening. A lot of air punching and a few happy tears. Must of looked strange to anyone who spotted me! I can hear them now: what's this fat bloke doing :)

No-one thinks that I'm sure, as no-one really notices runners other than other runners, and they will think good on you!

Week 5 done and dusted so up comes Week 6. A different kettle of fish. It's tricky but you have the tools in your box now and can do it but you just have to pace yourself. Slow and steady, slow but sure. You'll be fine
