Well done! I’ve been avoiding starting week 3 ( should have started on Wednesday) as I could t face it in the heat but I should take a leaf out if your book!

I have to say it looks like a big leap forward for the end of week 5. Just going from 90 seconds to 3 mins seems hard right now! Well done!

I found that the short breaks in between the runs us there for a reason to build stamina I think, but the 20min run didn't need a break. And we'll done to you too

That's exactly what they're there for. Runs and brisk walks. It's interval training.

Don't get over-confident. Week 6 seems like it's easy from the viewpoint of having just run for 20 mins. It ain't. I've just completed Week 6.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, it's back to a few walks.
