I just got in from W5R3 and it feels great. I managed to add an extra couple of minutes, so ended up doing 22 minutes of continuous running. I have entered myself in a 5K on 10th July, so all being well I should graduate just in time.

well done! That's a milestone run, good to get it under your belt! wk6r1 can be a wee bit tough although definitely doable! We tend to think doing 20 mins will mean going back to doing intervals will be easy , its not ! But being aware should help to get through it!

Bravo. Managed to sprint ( that's a normal run for others rather than my usual shuffle) and it felt good to be a bit rebellious, 2 extra minutes encouraging.

Excellent! Completed my W5R3 this morning at 6.30am. I ran for 23 mins and did find it quite tough but I DID IT!! Would never have thought this was possible 5 weeks ago. Keep going everyone!
