week 5 3 run completed
Yes "shocked and panicked" describe what most people feel too about this run! But you've done it. Really well done!
Yes - well done. That's a real milestone. You should start to feel a little more confident about the remainder of the programme now.
Hooray! Well done - first of the longer runs under your belt!
Way to Go!! Good on you!!
You have just reached the first major milestone. It's a fantastic feeling. And you know now that you can complete the course with lauras help. Week 6 though is not easy. Going back to intervals seems like a retrograde step, but it works. Good luck, you're past the halfway point and it's all downhill from here.
Well done ST wait till you finish wk 6 you get a lovely talking off Laura keep it up J
well done!
Well done
Congratulations to you !
Yes , most of us panicked when we saw we had to run for 20 minutes !
It is an amazing feeling when you can say " Yes, I did it ! "
Be very proud of yourself, you are doing really well !
Keep going, keep posting and all the very best to you xxx
I am still only using the app, on the long continuous runs, all I hear is, start running, you are half way, start your cool down. I do get to listen to my own music though. I know when I hear I am halfway, I am past the awkward stage of getting comfortable, and also hearing halfway just spurs me on to complete the second half, I have had to really slow down at some inclines, but just take much shorter steps and keep jogging, its a great feeling getting healthy
Well done!! I have just finished wk5 run 1 and cannot even imagine being able to run for 20 minutes, even though I am supposed to be doing so by the end of the week.
the running group that I joined told me that the numbers fall by half in w5!!! So congratulations, that's amazing!
