Week 7

I am still here this week I decided to really try and do runs outside. I cannot run on tar it really hurts my ankles and shins. So I have found I like going round a local loch it is 1.9 miles. So not quite long enough but dog thinks it is great.

That sounds lovely Katlyn, what kind of shoes are you running in? Might be you need some cushioning underfoot.

I am going to get a gait analysis done. I got trainers while on holiday not analysed. But did do this stand on a machine then bought insoles as recommended but they are better but think I need to get the shoes right too

Did you get your gait assessed? I agree with the wise old penguin - could be shoe-related. I am envious - I'd love to run around a loch, and so would my dog. Sigh.

Are you still here katlyn? I'm not great on tar either but we don't have any parks where I live. (argyll somewhere!)
