So, I’ve just completed R3W7 and for the first time I started the 25-minute run expecting to finish it, as opposed to previous runs where I haven’t really expected to. I’m not posting this to show off, just to hopefully show anyone doubting themselves that at 53-years of age and 20-stone, it is possible and the plan does work. Roll on W8!

I've just run it and am amazed at myself. I'm feeling chuffed, every time reminder came sooner than expected and I was actually just a little bit disappointed when Sarah said, "That's it for today!" How did yours go?
Amazing achievement. Well done you!! I found the 25 min run on W6 so difficult, I thought I was going to pass out. I ran the same run on w7R1 yesterday and took it a lot slower and managed it thankfully. This plan is definitely a life changer. I couldn’t recommend it more 🤗
I completely agree, I was the same on r3w6 and r1w7 I had to stop and do the next day. I have to say I’ve bought some decent running shoes now and they have made a big difference.
Excellent! The key to success is determination to finish!! You have gained that confidence & that will encourage so many coming up behind you! Well done
