I'm determined to keep track of how each run goes (otherwise I might be tempted to stop, or think I can't do it after a hard week) so here's today: I did the second run of week 4 this morning (such a beautiful day!) and although it wasn't easy, I think knowing that I had already done it (including both lots of 5 minutes) really helped. No idea how I'll run further though!
edit: I accidentally wrote W2R2- happily I'm past that one

Great idea to post after each run, I found it motivating, supportive, helpful and even kept me running on those days when I found it harder...well done....just follow the rules!
If you can do W2R2, you'll be able (physically at least) to do W2R3 and if you can do W2R3 you can do W3R1 - running is very special like that. Well done and enjoy your running.
