Just got back from my second run of week four. It seemed tougher than the first one in Wednesday, probably because I played five a side last night, but it being a tougher run seems to make the sense of achievement even greater.
I’m sure the main reasons are physical but I definitely think there is a case of feeling mentally tougher and more confident. I feel myself walking taller and straighter after I’ve run - again, physical or psychological?
Think I’ve gone a bit off-piste there a bit...
Anyway, on to run 3 on Sunday! Happy weekend everyone 👍🏼

Posting on here has become part of my post run routine. I knocked it off a bit last week and felt my motivation waining a tad so back to the regular updates!
Did that one this evening too, yep also found it tougher than the last one! Think I went out a bit more confident and maybe set off a bit quick, oh well learned my lesson for next time! Good luck with the next one too
