Well i just don't know what to say, think I'm in shock, needed to go to the shop this morning so thought why not run its about 2 1/2 miles away and was due to do W4R2 today as I missed Friday as had family visiting, so off i went feeling positive after a successful W4R1 run, so got to the shop timed perfectly with the podcast and prepared to walk back then wondered how much more running I could actually do.... so a little voice in my ear told me to pop the podcast back on and see what happened........ 30 mins later I'm home having completed both runs. Amazed at myself but do I take that as 2 runs or do I do another W4R3????????

Well done on completing those runs 😊
Hmm good question, whilst it isn't advised to back to back runs you did brilliantly, just shows what we can do,, saying that i would still stick to the program and do week4 run3 as your next run. Taking your rest day or days as normal 😊
