Well done! You are an inspiration!
Well done Pat , just shows what we are capable of when we put our minds to it ...
There was a lady in our local newspaper last week who had just completed her first 10k at 77 years old !
Fab stuff ! xxx
You go Pat! Well done for the w5 run3 - first of the big ones! Hope the shoulder is improving.
That's just fab! Well done.
Great news that you are back on track - w5r3 is a real milestone!
I really feel for you with the shoulder injury. I had the injection a couple of months ago, two and a half years after the original injury, and the improvement has been amazing. So good luck with yours and here's hoping you will feel better soon.
Fantastic Pat, really pleased for you.
Pat that is amazing. Bloomin' well done to you. I for one, am impressed as that week 5/3 is a bit of a swine!
Well done, very inspiring. Congratulations on your w5r3 its always a great run to tick off!!
Well done. Week 5 run 3 is where it all starts to feel achievable. I am with you about the wind & rain. I cried off on Monday due to the weather.
Pat - you really are an inspiration - to this 68 YO!! I am really pleased that I started this running thingie 12 months ago - after never being able to run all my previous life. My "plan" is now to run until I no longer can ( whenever that may be) . You have almost 10 years on me - and I want to be like you!!
