Hi haven't posted for a while if any of you remember this 75-year-old, I am on the bench at the moment as you say when you have an injury, I had a complete rotary cuff tendon operation on my shoulder three weeks ago. I am getting really bored now, no exercise classes, no running. It's another three weeks till I see the consultant, did go out for a walk on Friday with hubby and did 4k, shoulder okay but my back played me up . Off to York on Wednesday so if the weather holds might get a few walks around the race course and get down to Bridlington for the day and fish and chip lunch, mind you the last time I went there for a walk along the beach I went flying.
This 75 year old update : Hi haven't posted for... - Couch to 5K

I remember you, I remember your lovely pic on the beach. I'm so sorry to hear you're injured, what a shame. I think you must listen to your doc and take it easy until he lets you off the couch. Still, fish and chis at Bridlington eh?
I remember you! That shoulder op sounds tough - my mum had rotary cuff problems last year, and it had such a big impact on her life. Hope your recovery goes well. Flying on the beach doesn't sound a good idea for it though. Enjoy the fish and chips!
I wish you a speedy recovery, and well done on your progress...
hello - you will be glad when that shoulder is fixed. Hope your recovery goes well. Linda
I hope it goes well for you - you've had a tough time, all in all, but I hope you'll be back soon. In the meantime, fish and chips at Bridlington sounds great but be careful to keep both feet on the ground! all the best x
