Hi all, haven't been out running for nearly 4 weeks been looking after daughter's Yorkshire terriers while they have the builders in, drop off at 7am picked up at 5pm. Lots of walking and cuddles from them. Then off on holiday, terrible weather in Norfolk, lots of chilling out, the odd walk. But hey ho back to normal this morning, awake at 5.30am nudged hubby ,up and out to the park. My usual very slow but jogged for 30mins and covered 3Km
so pleased, see what Tuesday brings. Pat

Hi Pat was wondering where you had got to, now we know its doggy sitting duties. I'll bet you have walked miles and miles over the past weeks. Well done on getting running again just in time for the summer.
Hey, Pat, good to hear from you! Up and out at 5.30, wow! These light (and sometimes even sunny) mornings do beckon you out for a run, but I don't get up quite so early as you and Mr Pat! And well done for doing a good run after 4 weeks off. Just think, this time last year we were total couch potatoes and never thought of running. I am inordinately excited now cos I've just got new shoes...and a Shock Absorber!! Xx Sue
That was a good run, after four weeks with no running, but walking keeps those muscles moving! Hope you're enjoying your bank holiday weekend and hope you get to run on Tuesday x
