Well after a few sessions on the 30 day shred DVD, and quite a bit of faffing around, I eventually got outside this morning for W1R1. It was all so familiar, Laura's dulcet tones and the music! Happy to say that aerobically I did fine but I definitely felt the stretch and impact of running so I'll be keeping on with the 1 minute runs this week!
So good to get out again😄
