I can't believe I have just run(well, jogged) for 20 minutes! 😁 So chuffed 🍾 I almost bottled it and repeated run 2 but decided that run 3 would become an even bigger hurdle in my head and be even harder psychologically. I just did it, it's such a mental battle this but am so determined to crack it X on to week 6 😁

Well done on completing this hurdle!
I’m at the same point as you and was also out this morning ( in the sunshine ) doing the 20 min run ‘jog’ which wasn’t as bad as I thought but I do go so very slow!
Are you having a break before week 6?

Hi GoldenYears,😁 I am very slow too, in fact the man on the treadmill next to me was walking at the same speed as my jog but I don't care, I have little legs lol. I am on a spa day tomorrow and so will have access to the gym there, I think I will have a go at week 6 run 1 then. How about you, will you have a break?
