Just about to go out for my first week 3 run and feeling very apprehensive. Felt great after the second run last week but after the third I felt rubbish. I'm nervous about running for three minutes but I'm going to go for it!

Yes, you've probably done it by now. Hope it went well. This forum has helped me because I realise that it's not just me that doesn't find it easy! It's not easy, but the programme does work, and you can do it!
I DID IT! I took it really really slowly but still felt like I could give more at the end. Might try going a little bit quicker next time. Thanks for you support everyone.
