I am so excited to be doing this program. It's great to have found this community and read all the posts. Very inspiring. I'm an expat living the past few years in florida. The American lifestyle is tough. Everyone drives everywhere. Nobody walks. After piling on the pounds I got on the NHS website and started looking for advice on health and fitness. I've completed week 1 and just did w2r1. Sometims when I'm listening to Laura I almost feel like I'm back in the UK lol.
