Week five run three.I'm lying in bed drinking a nice hot
morning coffee. It is 7.45 on a Sunday morning and the frost outside my window says it is quite a cold one. Why not jump out of your snug cosy warm duvet and go run for 20 minutes straight in the cold? After all, it's not like you haven't run for 20 minutes straight since you were about 17 is it? ๐ค I must be mad, but then again dear fellow C25K type, all the best people are. ๐

Yes, absolutely, that's sometimes the temptation which is exactly why we point it out .Having said that, I can see from your bio that you are really quite active and as you said in there you want to avoid injury.
Sticking to this well tried and tested program will certainly help you achieve that and will certainly pay dividends in the long run (pun intended) ๐
Why not indeed! You may well already have finished by the time you read this reply. I bet youโve got a massive grin if you have been out there. Itโs a gorgeous day for a run!
I did go and it was amazing, ran off road down the canal, through woodlands and fields and I loved every step. Great morning for a run, the sun shining, the ground was firm with frost but not icy, and the air was nice and cool to breath. Couldn't have wished for better conditions to complete week 5. Week 6 can't start soon enough, I'm loving this running lark.(though yes I'm sticking to my intervals, week six starts on Wednesday๐).
Ha! Similarly, monday morning , cup a tea in bed, procrastinating, and thinking should get started on this week5, 3rd run. Bed is comfy!!! Beautiful day.
๐คฃBrilliant, hope you got out there and enjoyed it. Week 6 starts tomorrow morning for me. Role on next Sunday and the 25 minute run. Keep going 1003pasja ๐๐
Aside from actual graduation completing W5 R3 was the best feeling in the world. Well done you for getting this far and good luck with the final four weeks!
