OMG! Just come back from my first run and feel absolutely fantastic. I want to do it again but I know its no good for me - Must hold myself back. I feel so refreshed and out getting that fresh air in my lungs. Love the feeling that in a few weeks I will be able to run a couple of miles straight again. Bring it on!!! I am not going to weigh but I'm going to measure myself by my work trousers because they are rather tight on me. Looking forward to Wednesday's run now

Fab, isn't it?? And a good plan not to weigh - lots of people seem to find they don't lose immediately (or like me, put on a bit) but their body shape definitely improves - a friend I hadn't seen for a while told me yesterday I'd obviously lost weight, even though I hadn't!

Well done. I'm just about to do W1 R2! I really enjoyed W1 R1 which is not like me. I've tried to run before but always quit as it's been a real struggle. I've been reading a lot of people's post and it just makes me think 'I must get out there and stop reading'!
