OMG! Just come back from my first run and feel absolutely fantastic. I want to do it again but I know its no good for me - Must hold myself back. I feel so refreshed and out getting that fresh air in my lungs. Love the feeling that in a few weeks I will be able to run a couple of miles straight again. Bring it on!!! I am not going to weigh but I'm going to measure myself by my work trousers because they are rather tight on me. Looking forward to Wednesday's run now:)

Fab, isn't it?? And a good plan not to weigh - lots of people seem to find they don't lose immediately (or like me, put on a bit) but their body shape definitely improves - a friend I hadn't seen for a while told me yesterday I'd obviously lost weight, even though I hadn't!

Well done. I'm just about to do W1 R2! I really enjoyed W1 R1 which is not like me. I've tried to run before but always quit as it's been a real struggle. I've been reading a lot of people's post and it just makes me think 'I must get out there and stop reading'!
