Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

Hi. Thank you so much for such a great nhs app. I will definitely be recommending it to people. I am absolutely chuffed I graduated today and would love a graduate badge if you have one. Please let me know if I need to pay for this. Am going to keep up my running now as this have given me the push I needed to get fit. A huge thank you to you and Laura who kept me going week after week. I'm asthmatic and had a cruciate ligament operation but it hasn't stopped me and I'm 48. Just need my buddie Leanne to graduate too xx my username is ashleyto5k xx
Please bear with me, I have allocated your badge but it isn't showing yet. I don't know why it should take so long. I will get it to you as soon as I can. I haven't forgotten you. Congratulations and well done.
Apologies if this isn't the correct way of enquiring after a graduate badges - I followed a link from elsewhere! I completed Couch to 5K last night - it's the 4th time I've tried to complete in 3 1/2years or so - so I'm delighted. I managed it in the 27 runs, and ran 2.83 miles in 35 mins ( before my battery ran out) so I'm hoping I'll get to 5K in a few weeks.
The community forum has been a real help this time, so to the carrot of a badge!
