WK4R1 :)

Well been out tonight and done the first of wk 4. Weather was cold but calm and Laura kept me on line. Still having trouble with the first set then on the second set I'm away and could run forever. Must just be the settling in period. Ran 2.4miles in 37 mins which I think is good. It was most definitely enjoyable and I want more. But once again I'm taking my time "walking before running " pardon the pun :)

  • Sounds like you're settling into everything well and like you're enjoying yourself. My first km or so is usually rubbish and then my body seems to understand what's required! x :-)

  • Yep I'm another one who wobbles about the place for the first five minutes or so. After that, much more manageable :-)

Glad you're enjoying it, not long now before the home straight!
