Just completed Wk4 run 1 not as bad as I thought it would be. Felt good to complete it on first attempt feeling good so far 🏃‍♂️

You did... for the 10th time now... but it’s a good sign that you’re feeling it now, that means it’s getting a little easier to run, obviously the duration is going up so you may not recognise that. Keep amazing yourself every time there’s a new challenge in front of you. Every start line the programme puts you on is one that you are ready for. Some will come easy, some will need you to use your mental strength... all will be beaten.

Did mine Sunday. Feels great. Part of a group and they are telling us to run different timings to the app for the remaining runs to build up for next week. Only going to get a run in tonight so only 2 runs for me this week x
