Whoop whoop.......just done wk4r1......can't believe I ran for 5 minutes when I first struggled with 60 seconds lol.......was very wet but I wasn't going to be put off by the rain.......in fact I think I prefer to run in the rain as it keeps you cool 😉 Good luck to everyone else running today 😄😄😄😄😄

Well done Dawn, feels great doesn't it! Got w4r1 in the morning and am looking forward to a cooked breakfast and a hot tub when I get back (we are away for a few days)!!!!! Got an email telling me my Race for Life is only 8 weeks away and I am determined to do it without stopping - sounds a bit daunting right now though!
