I started C25K back in October I have really enjoyed it. The turning point for me was Week 5 run 3 I really didn't think that I would be able to run for 20 mins non stop. I remember coming on here and reading other people's reactions to week 5 and after reading everyone else's stories I did it.
Today was Week 9 run 3 and the sense of achievement is amazing I only wish I could bottle it.
I have been inspired by all of you who regularly post but especially juiceju, useit, Toonlou, Alipru and Curlygurly thank you, you have made me want to belong to this great club.
My aim now is to do a park run and train for a 10K
