Thanks to all those who encouraged me after Wk 5 Run 2. Week 5 Run 3 today - I did my 20 minutes & enjoyed every step! Who would have thought it?!

Promised my self a new album for The Run, and download Regina Spektor ‘Begin to Hope’ which seemed a very appropriate title 😂! It’s special to me and really helped.

Thanks again to ‘the community’ on here. It is / you are so inspiring 😊.

It's great isn't it, that feeling of, "YES, I've done it, I've achieved another goal!"

You're over the half way stage. Get week 6 over with and then it's nice long runs all the way to the end.

You can do this. I would be thinking of another album to reward yourself with at the end of week 9, because you will achieved so much more by then. 👍😉
