Brilliant, good to know your looking forward to it. I must admit I loved not knowing what I was going to do beforehand otherwise might have given up. Be proud and go out there and smash week 2

Congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 2, I hope you are enjoying your running journey with C25K, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury. 😊 🏃🏾
