Found this run the toughest so far and had to stop about 85 seconds into the penultimate 90 second run, perhaps I've not build up my energy reserves the day before or drunk enough water maybe? Going to try and prepare for Sunday's run a little better and see how it goes. Just a little more concerned about moving onto week 3 now as I don't feel fully prepared for it.

More likely you're running too quickly, diet and hydration have little effect at the level of performance required in Week 2. Remember that anything faster than a walk is running, slow down a bit and you'll have no trouble with Week 3.
Remember you can always repeat one or more runs if you feel it would help to work a bit longer on pace or stamina. Repeats aren’t failures; they can be a valuable strategic choice, which is why the programme includes the option. Whatever you decide, hope it goes well. We’re all right behind you here 😀
Had the same experience yesterday....had to walk the last run....felt a bit deflated....but have decided to repeat it tomorrow and then move on to week 3.......good luck with whatever you choose to do.......we've got this far...let's smash it!!!
