Long road but graduated in my own time x

Well it's been an age since I posted but I came on to let everyone know I graduated , I can now run for a total of 1 hr 10 mins to date and my Mac distance is 7.7 k so far, I'll never be the fastest in the world but I'm out there and achieving things I never thought I would along with slimming world as well I've now lost 4 stone too and ran the liverpool santa dash for charity last week (my first ever event a 5k) and loved it, so don't give up you can do it and you'll get there , I had knee injuries and a car accident imbetween but I persevered !! Stick at it you'll get there in your own time xxx
