Well after 8 weeks and 3 days of C25K, I've completed my graduation run today. I didn't manage the 5k, I managed 4.2k, however running for 30 minutes is definitely nowhere near the struggle that running for 1 minute was 8 wks ago. I am astounded at how comfortable I feel whilst running for 30 minutes now. I genuinely cannot believe that this programme works so brilliantly well. I NEVER, for one single minute, believed that C25K would be able to improve my fitness so drastically in such a short space of time but I am so damn glad that I gave it a shot. It has been the best decision that I've made in a long, long time and has also been my most surprising achievement to date. This forum is also such an amazing place to gain support, encouragement and advice from brilliantly inspiring people. Really looking forward to my running future now ππππ

Congratulations! It is the most fabulous program Iβve ever done π
Well done - enjoy your future running ππ»
Very good post from you "Sceptical runner" my graduation 30 minute run was the exact same pace as yours 4.2K, 8 weeks later I ranπ my first full 5k in a time of 34.21. βπ
Congrats Sceptic, great achievement. I donβt know of anyone who did 5k on their grad run so donβt worry about that. Time to celebrate, and plan your consolidation runs πππππ»ββοΈ
Congratulations formerscepticalrunner!
That 5k will come soon, running it that bit slower is the best way to do it. Just imaging how great 60 minutes will feel π
Enjoy your celebrations today and your consolidation runs.
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.
