Much better than my last attempt although when I look at my speed, distance and heart rate there isn't even that much difference! It was a lot cooler though. I tried really hard to run slower than last time but it obviously didn't work 🤔 I was surprised when Michael said I had done 5 mins, 12.5 and 20 mins. I even thought about picking up the pace at that point but resisted temptation then suddenly 1 min to go...yay! Much happier today 😁

Thanks for your advice on my last post. I really tried to keep it all steady today and despite going faster not slower it all just flowed much better. I focussed a lot on my breathing tonight which I think helped. 🏃♀️
