W7 R2 Much better!

Much better than my last attempt although when I look at my speed, distance and heart rate there isn't even that much difference! It was a lot cooler though. I tried really hard to run slower than last time but it obviously didn't work 🤔 I was surprised when Michael said I had done 5 mins, 12.5 and 20 mins. I even thought about picking up the pace at that point but resisted temptation then suddenly 1 min to go...yay! Much happier today 😁

Thanks for your advice on my last post. I really tried to keep it all steady today and despite going faster not slower it all just flowed much better. I focussed a lot on my breathing tonight which I think helped. 🏃‍♀️

Do you mean the C25k app? I use the NHS app from Google app store.

yes. the c25k app which is approved by the NHS and endorsed by the BBC. Logo is at the top of this page
