Wow! I've done it! Those that have seen my previous posts will know this is my 3rd attempt this year and 4th in all! I've finally got through week 1! I'm really chuffed with myself right now. Thanks to all for the support and advice. Onwards and upwards, can't wait for Monday now to get week 2 started!

Congratulations!! I think for a lot of us week 1 is the hardest just because we have had to get out for the first time and figure out how to make running a part of our weekly routine so a big big well done! Good luck for week 2 - you can do this!

I found it much easier to find my pace after Week 1 - never had to repeat another session, when I'd had to repeat and repeat and repeat to get through the first week. Perhaps it will be the same for you?
I still find that Week 1 podcast intimidating!

I'm on my second round of starting the programme and have just completed week 1. I totally get that "chuffed" feeling too, and also looking forward to week 2 (again).
