Finished my last run of week 1 this evening. For some reason I was dreading it but once I got into it I enjoyed it. Had my headphones in and Spotify on and just enjoyed the run/walk. Now onto week 2 on Monday 🏃🏻♀️

🍏👍So well done. I think the dread is often a disguised fear of the next challenge but as you move on in the program you realise each run has prepared you for the next one. You have just proved that! You can never fail! If a run doesn’t go as planned, it becomes a practice run & you repeat it next time. Win! Win!
