Well done you! This programme is terrific and you've made a great start. Keep stretching and hydrating as well because this really helps. The plan really works and if you can keep committed and set a week of regular runs (I used to do Mon Weds and Fri or Tues Thurs and Sun) then you'll get to the end. The community on this forum are right behind you. Keep posting and keep achieving!
