W9R3 done

I've actually gone and done it (along with a few others today) found C25k by accident when I was on the Pernicious Anemia side of Health Unlocked and decided I would try and finish the programme before my 60th birthday. I've done it with two months to spare and, thanks to some new medication to supplement my injections, some energy to spare as well!

Actually managed to run for 34 minutes, did 5.79 km with average pace of 6.09 (according to Endomondo) so I suppose going to fast all the way through - found it so difficult to slow my pace down - has helped in the long run even if it made those early runs so so hard.

As Rebeldiver said, without Laura and everyone on here it wouldn't have been possible so a big thank you and anyone just starting it is possible if you listen and obey Laura

Well done!! You have proved, as so many have before you that it really is possible to do so much more than we think we are capable of and that it is never too late to start. Congratulations and I hope you enjoy your future running.

Keep running, keep smiling.
