Well I've completed week 1 and can feel the improvement already. Run 3 was definitely easier than the first although my legs started to get tired earlier. Here's hoping week 2 goes as well

Well that's the hardest bit done then - getting out there and getting through week one is really the toughest bit. And although like all of us you may have a few ups and downs with good and occasionally not so good runs, if you stick at it you will get there and soon you'll be running 5K - brilliant stuff In fact some people get so addicted to this that they end up doing 10K and then half marathons's and marathons's and there is even a small group of over-achievers who have made it up to the North Pole :))
Just run slowly and walk when Laura tells you to. You'll be fine. It's not much running before Laura tells you to stop, and if you go slow enough you'll have enough puff to finish the session

Well done, you got week one under your belt. Just keep getting out the door and before you know it you will be on week 9, it goes by fairly quickly. Take it nice and steady and you will do great - C25K works if you follow it to the letter and listen to laura. Keep us posted on how you get on - it really helps!!
