Has been a tough week and i do hope it gets easier over time. On the positive side the after buzz is fantastic. If only I could bottle it for when not feeling so motivated 🤪😂

When you can run for 30 minutes, in a few weeks time, the early weeks will seem very easy.

In many ways it’s the toughest week, very well done! It takes a few weeks to form the habit part of this, the desire to get that buzz will only help with that. You may not be able to get it in bottles, but it is available on tap at the end of that next run!!

Try to visualise that ‘high’ when you are not feeling motivated. Not always easy I know.
When I did Couch to 5k I repeated some runs, so don’t worry about doing that.
I think many of us agree with you about "getting out the door". Sometimes I feel really motivated and can't wait for my runs but other times it's only the thought of the afterrun glow and reading posts on here that keep me going. Now that you have done week 1 you know that you are on target for week 2 so just go for it. Follow the plan, it works!!!!Good luck
Force yourself to put your kit on and go for a walk whether or not you can be bothered to run as it's still exercise. And usually once you've walked for 5 minutes you're over that 'can't be bothered' inertia and are ready to run
