on run one I fount it hard day two seemed harder but the last run on day three the end when I got to the last 3 minute run I carried on instead of 3 minutes walk so I ran for 6 mins IAM so proud of my self

Good luck with your runs. I would resist the urge to run the walking breaks, and do the programme as it's laid out. It's quite easy early on to get over-enthusiastic and get injured. That's what I did and ended up out of running for weeks
Have a good time out on your runs. The programme is only short so make the most of it and have some fun with it
