W1R3
Congratulations ! So pleased as you are so chuffed and rightly so. Onward brave one
Hi and good morning Ej many thanks , not so sure about brave though lol
Wohoooo well done the first weeks are the hardest as it's fighting those little demons that sit on your shoulder whispering silly comments again well done
It gets easier now!
Hmmm are you sure ? lol
Yup - only 6 runs not 8, and you hardly notice that they are longer. I'm not saying the whole programme gets easier, but I thought the mental aspect of moving to Wk 2 was good
Ah hadnt looked at it liked that Definitely looking forward to week 2 and mor eimprovement ,thanks useit
Hi Bob well done I've just started week 2 and I'm completely hooked
Hi Ade Many thanks and well done to you
Thank you Belinda like many i never thought i could run for 10 seconds never mind a minute , still early days but very happy with Week 1
You are well on your way, fantastic.
And you've got the hang of this C25K lark: run, post, rest (repeat until graduation).
Thanks Marky
Just noticed the tags: "The runs" LOL.
Well done on completing w1. Good luck for the rest of your c25k
Thanks Paul
Me too, and I had to say I have really enjoyed it, which is a huge surprise, and I cannot wait to start week2!
Thanks Fanny and well done to you also i have to say i looked forward to each run also , running addiction here we come
I agree. I completed w1r3 on friday and I felt I could have run longer but I am going to stick rigorously to the program. I am going to start w2r1 today. I really hope I can complet the whole 9 weeks. I am a bit scared as I csnnot imagine ever been sble to run for 30mins but I am going to keep trying. I really wznt to aim to do a parkrun eventually but I am also a bit scared as my local one has over 400 runners normally and I am worried about keeping the volunteers waiting but thats a few months off so I think I just need to concentrate on one day at a time.
well done on completeing week1 Natalie am with you on sticking to the program, i really couldn't imagine running anywhere before I started C25K, walking upstairs was an effort !! 30 mins does seem like a lifetime but so did 1min to start with , I completed week3 yesterday I would like to do a park run once i complete this lets see wha sort of winter we have first Hope your week2 goes well
