Well, that was a tricky one. Friday’s run felt easier than today’s. Went really slowly, but lungs not happy. Cool air didn’t feel good to breathe. Still, I did it, and intend to go again on Wednesday. Onwards and upwards. 😁

Congratulations on completing week 1 of C25K, some runs are a little better than others, have a break tomorrow, drink plenty of water and run run 1 of week 2 a little slower than you did today. 😊 🏃 Onwards and upwards to week 2

All sorts of little things can affect a run. But you did it! 👏🏼 Just press on, not forgetting rest days and going slowly. You’ll get there. 👍
Don’t feel disheartened. Week 2 is a really nice set of runs. Go slow, go steady and you will be fine. Trust the plan.
