So it's 31days until my 10km race, I will be in iguassu falls and rio the week before celebrating my lovely partners birthday so I don't know how much running will be achieved.
So I am on here saying out loud that I will be doing 9km today and 7km on Saturday. Then next week stanima podcast, 10km and 6km, the the following week new podcast for 40mins, 10km and 6km. Off to Brazil and hopefully do 5km, 50minutes and 5km depending on safe running locations found, weather and cocktails. Hopefully by posting here I will have to do it.
Now going to plan a9km route. just wish it was sunny tommow, Oh well some cool cloud might be good.

I know, so my way around this is to tell myself I am going running for an hour - and then I add on a bit more if I can! Time over distance works sooo much better for me!
....then I look at my garmin, I can't read it while I'm running without falling over
Just a nice slow comfortable run V, try doing it by time if that helps you too x
A lovely circular route sounds lovely - You will do it again - Never really appreciated how far these distances are until you map it out and see how far you have to go
