10 weeks post op today.

10 weeks post op today and this week I had challenged myself to walk 10km. Four weeks ago when I was up to walking 5km I ordered a virtual 10km medal, so slowly over the weeks I have been building up to the 10km. On Monday I sent the evidence of my walk off and today I received my first bit of bling for the year, just in time for 10km in 10 weeks. Hopefully in a couple of weeks I will get the ok to start running again. Woohoo can't wait to get my runners out, they have been feeling very left out and lonely ☹️.

Thank you. It really grabbed me when I was shopping around for virtual run bling. I was so excited when it came this morning even though I had done the walk on Monday. Hehe blings the thing 😀.

Thank you, and your right it felt so much better because I had worked towards it and earned it. Guess who used to work for gold stars as a kid. Not that I ever got that many, always getting told off for day dreaming 😀.

Thank you, it is a lovely medal, it has a bit of weight to it as well. I know those shoes are naughty, they were trying to tempt me the other day but I resisted, hehe it would be just me to get this close and mess it up 😳😀.
