After the initial " wtf is that !! " at the 5:30am alarm this morning, I got my ass out there & was pleasantly surprised that I was much more comfortable than Mondays run.

Still red faced but no massive stich!! Even the minute didn't seem like 5 !! Whisper it quietly I might actually of enjoyed it today ( ssshhhh )

I hate the alarm clock but love the morning runs, well done you.

Great going. It's amazing the difference in recovery etc between run 1 and run 2. I always thought it took ages for the body to get fitter.

Me too , on the 1st run this morning i felt fine & thought hmmm don't get cocky there is still 7 more yet haha. Just seems to be my thighs aching more than anything but it soon goes while running. Bring on Friday!! never thought i'd enjoy it for a second
