Apart from my app shutting itself off 🤬 meaning I did a 15 minute warm up instead of 5 😩 ...
I didn’t enjoy this run so much. I slowed myself right down as I felt a stitch niggling on every run, so my overall time was slower and I don’t feel as though I worked as hard.
I’m not sure whether I should repeat that one or go straight into run 2 on Wednesday!?
Any advice welcome 🤗
