C25k+ - first post grad run

Walked 10.5 miles on Sunday so had a rest day yesterday. Used the stamina podcast and found it to be excellent. Running to beats per minute music keeps the head gremlins at bay. I managed the 35 mins and found it really good. A bit hot today though.

Thank you for that post. I graduated two weeks ago and struggling a bit due to lack of Laura etch. What's the music like because I thought c25k was awful

I have already down loaded the music. I found it great

I too found it awful, I've only done the stamina audiofuel c25k+ one and the music isn't recognisable but I found the beat and Laura's tips useful. I think because the music is rythmic it helped me concentrate on my running

I'm new in this forum. This is my wk 9 and I only have run 3 left. I was looking to see what graduates do after the c25k. Thanks for the tip

Good luck with w9r3 there's also a bridge to 10k B210K but I am going to try to cosolidate with 3 runs a week for a few weeks before deciding what next.

That is a very good idea. There is no rush to get to anywhere as long as you get there in good shape. I will probably do the same
